1. Contact Us
Having the phone number and contact email address clearly displayed at the website’s header makes it simple for users to contact you. Combine this with a contact page with a simple to fill out contact form will make it very easy for customers to contact you.;
2. Content
Not too much and not too little. This is a key balance you need. Tell people what you do but don’t waffle – having long pages of text which needs to be endlessly scrolled down is not the way to go. Break up the content with images, make it concise and make it short.
3. Search
Include a search toolbar – everyone is in a hurry these days, so having a search bar means they can quickly find what they are looking for.
4. Link to Social Media
If you’ve got it, flaunt it! If you have taken the time to put together a Facebook Page, Twitter, Instagram etc. get it on your website. Put it at the header or footer so that users can find you.
5. Blog
Putting a blog post on your website is easy these days and the perfect way to drive traffic to your website., It also provides a convenient point of mutual contact with your site visitors – plus it means they may spend more time on your site reading.
