Getting ready for your next Exhibition

Getting ready for your next Exhibition

Designing your exhibition stand is an important step to take before the event. A good design will help you to get the best out of your exhibition.

Exhibitions are a perfect opportunity to build your brand and network with clients you wouldn't have met elsewhere. It's also important to do your research beforehand so you're fully ready for the event!

Give yourself at least a month in advance to gather all the information you need, such as who the exhibitors are, how many attendees you expect and the running schedule. Once you have a better understanding of the event detail, you’ll know where to focus your attention, and can start to think about stand design and product showcasing.

When planning your exhibition, think about what you want to achieve. Is it to promote new products or service lines, to act as an advertising platform for potential new customers, or perhaps a place for connections?

Being mindful about the exhibition prints you use for your stand, and how they work together is an important element to consider. Keep a stock of Printed Material for your event, especially if it's on a day that people are likely to walk by. Make sure you order plenty as you do not want to run out!

If you want to make a lasting impression on your audience, there’s limited time to do so. So why not consider showcasing your business’ success on vivid Display Boards near you stand or creating a more dynamic space using Roller Banner.

If you're looking for a loud way to make your office statement, then Posters or Self-Adhesive Vinyl are for you. There's no limit to the options available: choose between 'less or more' or go all out.

It’s one thing to get noticed at the event, and it’s another for your contact details to show up when people look for more information about it.

Let people know ahead of time that you’ll be there—at least two weeks in advance. If the exhibition is advertising on social media, they’ll probably be happy to share the details with their followers there. You could also mention the event in any updates you send out. For example, send out a newsletter or email to your existing customer base, so they are informed about what’s going.
